The Hybrid Synergy Programme is a comprehensive training plan designed to prepare you for Hyrox events. It combines functional fitness, strength training, and endurance workouts tailored to your level, whether you’re a beginner or intermediate. The goal is to help you build the fitness and skills necessary to excel in Hyrox competitions.

Absolutely! The programme is tailored to suit both beginners and intermediate clients. We’ll build you up from the basics, ensuring you’re fully prepared to either step up to the next level in the plan or for your first Hyrox event.

All via our in app service. We have an extensive video library displaying mini clips with also teaching points.
Our onboarding process has a ‘how to use’ guide for not only the navigation of the app.

We will not be giving you individual nutritional programming (yet) we do provide 2 PDFs during the onboarding phase which give you some guidelines around fuelling your body for performance. We will also provide you with your own calorie calculator to help you work out the best split that suits you.

A basic gym will be ok, Equipment needed will include dumbbells, kettlebells, ERG equipment, resistance machines, as well as space for running. If you’re training at a Hyrox-affiliated gym, you’ll have access to all the specific equipment used in the event.

You will have access to in app messaging, email and our private community space.

During normal working hours (8am-5pm), I will try to get back people within an hour. Outside of working hours, and on the weekend, I'll get back to you within 24 hours.
Please keep in mind some queries will be best suited to the end of week check in, an. so recommend you think twice before asking all questions.

The first few weeks are focused on building general physical preparedness, base aerobic capacity, and learning essential Hyrox movements. This foundation will set you up for more intensive training in the later stages of the programme.

This is a very context dependent answer - in short however with our adherence tracking in place and your commitment being its max, you should start seeing results within a few weeks.
How long it'll take to achieve your desired body composition goal, really depends on multiple factors, including your application to the process and our starting condition (all of which will be discussed prior to the start of the programme) I'll do everything in my power to help you achieve your physique goal as quickly as possible.

We start with baseline fitness tests. These help us gauge your starting point and track your progress throughout the programme.
There are mid point assessments, intermediates will perform a half sim.
The end of the plan will be re-testing and intermediates may perform a full simulation if not competing.

Consistency is key, but life happens! If you miss a session, don’t stress. We give you access to adjust your own schedule so you can catch up on the session when possible. The programme is flexible enough to accommodate occasional disruptions.

The intermediate programme is specifically designed to develop the strength, endurance, and skills needed for Hyrox.If you have a race meet in mind we can customise the timeline and also have the option to include midway half sim and tapering phases at the end to accommodate your needs.

Once you've signed up, You will be immediately onboarded into the process. From here we will do all the information gathering and data collecting. I'll then get started on your plan. This will all be done within the first 5 working days.

We have Stripe payment systems in place. You can also get more time to pay with Klarma.

Yes we allow a 14 day cooling off period on all pre paid programmes.
