  • BEGINNER PROGRAMME

    2 Resistance training day developing robust strength and general work capacity

    1 Cardiac output day improving your baseline fitness in delivering oxygen to the body

    1 Aerobic capacity day improving oxygen supply at higher intensities 

8 WEEK PROGRAMME (INTERMEDIATE)

  • If you have more than 6 months experience in Hybrid training or have participated in a race meet then THIS IS THE PROGRAMME FOR YOU.

    If you want smart, innovative planning that will give you the competitive edge against your peers then THIS IS THE PROGRAMME FOR YOU.

  • INTERMEDIATE PROGRAMME

    2 Resistance days developing robust strength and general work capacity.

    1 Plyometrics day improving explosive endurance and aerobic abilities of fast twitch fibres meaning high power for longer.

    1 Cardiac output day improving your baseline fitness in delivering oxygen to the body

    1 Tempo/Intervals working on focus, mental strength, running economy and race pace

    1 HSC - Hybrid \Specific Conditioning priming the body for ultimate form under fatigue
